We're on the lookout for hands-on, dependable Production Operatives who enjoy a busy, team-driven environment. If you have experience in a manufacturing setting and confidence working with machinery, we want to hear from you. FLT Counterbalance skills are a bonus!
What You'll Be Doing:
Operating and overseeing production machinery to ensure smooth operations
Assisting maintenance teams with basic support tasks
Performing regular equipment checks and quality inspections
Keeping your workstation clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards
What You Bring to the Role:
Essential: Experience in a production or manufacturing role
Comfortable handling and operating machinery
Desirable: FLT Counterbalance experience (not essential)
A proactive approach with high attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and manage your workload
Own transport required location not served by public transport
Shifts & Pay:
Rotating Shifts (Days & Afternoons)
Mornings:
MonThu: 06:1515:00 | Fri: 06:1514:45
(Paid breaks included)
Afternoons:
MonThu: 14:4500:30
(2 of 3 breaks paid)
Rates:
Morning Shift: From £12.54/hr
Afternoon Shift: From £15.05/hr
Overtime (after 38 hours): From £18.81/hr
