Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and compliant employment contracts for new hires

- Support the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring a positive start to their journey

- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

- Process employee leavers efficiently, including documentation and system updates

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (desirable)

- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude
