Your Role as a Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide outstanding care while leading and supporting a team of care staff. You will act as a role model, offering guidance, support and leadership while promoting independence, choice and inclusion for our residents. Your role will include:

Delivering personal care and daily living support

Medication administration

Supporting and developing care plans

Leading and supervising a team of care staff on shift

Liaising with families and healthcare professionals

Supporting with end-of-life and dementia care

Creating a homely, friendly, and supportive environment for residents and staff
