What You’ll Be Doing
-Working from job sheets and technical drawings to meet daily production targets
-Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently for shipment
-Monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking
-Maintaining product quality and ensuring correct storage from arrival to dispatch
-Operating workshop machinery and tools safely
-Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and compliant with HSE standards
-Supporting lean processes to reduce waste and boost efficiency
What We’re Looking For
-Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
-A methodical, organised approach to work
-A full UK driving licence (preferred due to site location)
-A reliable team player who takes pride in their work
