Glenholme is a respected, award-winning healthcare provider with over 30 years of experience in delivering outstanding care. We're seeking a proactive and personable Customer Relations Manager to join our Senior Living team at our luxury care home in Spalding.

This is a key role for someone who thrives on building relationships, networking within the community, and connecting families with the right care solution. What You’ll Be Doing:

Generating and nurturing prospects through networking, local outreach, and relationship-building.
Conducting engaging show rounds of our beautiful care home, highlighting our excellent facilities and compassionate care.
Increasing occupancy by identifying and following up with potential residents and their families.
Creating and implementing local marketing strategies to enhance our reputation within the community.
Strengthening our presence across digital platforms and social media.
Collaborating with the care home team to plan and support events that connect us with local groups and organisations.
Improving enquiry response times and the overall customer experience from initial contact through to move-in.
Tracking and analysing lead generation and conversion data using CRM systems to inform strategy and boost results.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in building relationships and professional networks, ideally within the health, care, or hospitality sectors.
A confident communicator with a warm, empathetic approach—able to connect with people at all stages of life.
Experience conducting tours or presentations, ideally in a sales or service-led environment.
A strong track record of prospect generation and conversion.
Previous experience in sales and marketing, with an understanding of lead generation, local outreach, and brand promotion.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own diary.
Familiarity with CRM systems and using data to drive performance.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated by helping others.
