Summary

The Faculty of Life Sciences and Education, is seeking to appoint Clinical Skills and Simulation Tutor to support learning and teaching activities across a range of curricula. The post holder will join an existing team, be aligned to the Clinical Simulation Centre and develop links across a range of practice placements.

The post holders must be experienced practitioners with current clinical knowledge, experience and skills and be confident in teaching a range of students in clinical simulation, classroom settings and practice settings.

The post holder must be registered healthcare practitioner with active professional registration with an appropriate professional body. The post holder will be based at the Glyntaff Campus.

Please note the post we are looking to recruit to is a Clinical Skills and Simulation Tutor, this is full time 1 FTE and permanent contract. If you are a successful candidate and this position will be your first professional services role at the University (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges. If you are an internal professional services candidate, you will continue to be employed by the University of South Wales.
