We are looking for a class teacher who :
• Will play a full part in the life of our school community and support the ethos, vision and values of Drake Primary
• Can develop excellent relationships with pupils through a supportive, positive and inclusive class culture
• Maintain high expectations for pupils' learning, behaviour, and progress, enabling all children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
• Is passionate about sustainability, diversity and wellbeing
• Will implement and deliver a broad, balanced curriculum with a focus on the creative habits of learning to achieve high outcomes for pupils
• Is a reflective practitioner, open to feedback and dedicated to professional development
• Will confidently use accurate assessment to inform teaching, provide constructive feedback, and adapt planning to ensure all pupils make excellent progress
• Has a strong knowledge of effective pedagogy and a commitment to action-based research
