Summary
Our team is expanding! We need a Customer Service and Sales Advisor who love solving problems, strengthening customer bonds, and boosting revenue through value-based upselling.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer inbound client calls and inquiries.
Analyse client needs and offer relevant solutions.
Proactively work to retain clients considering cancellation.
Drive upsells to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
