Summary

Client Services Financial Administrator

Belfast

£26,373 - £30,000 per annum

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive experienced Client Services professional to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyse client needs, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. A background in financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Preparing detailed client annual review packs for financial advisers.

- Obtaining detailed valuations and information from 3rd party providers.

- Scheduling appointments via email and telephone with clients for financial advisers.

- Helping financial advisers with all administrative tasks.

- Client Services and Customer Service skills.

- Processing new business paperwork.

- Answering telephone calls.

- Client meeting note taking.

Requirements

- 3+ years working as a client services administrator.

- Experience in preparing detailed report packs for the financial adviser for client annual reviews.

- Basic understanding of Investment products e.g., ISA, GIA, Investment Bonds & Pensions.

- Client Services and Customer Service skills.

- Basic understanding of Investment products e.g., ISA, GIA, Investment Bonds & Pensions.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office and excel.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced office

- Strong Communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
