Our client, an award winning Hotel and resort near Falmouth is looking for a Breakfast to join their kitchen team on an immediate basis.
The Hotel features an award-winning restaurant, the dishes feature contemporary dining seasonal and innovative recipes.
This full time position that requires a vibrant Breakfast chef to produce an a la carte breakfast with a cold continental style buffet, along with prep with the rest of the team on busy lunches and events within the operation.
The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately
As Breakfast chef you will be responsible for:
• Cooked breakfast
• Key emphasis is on preparation
• Ability to be versatile
• Work at high speed accurately within a high-pressure environment
• Deliver on the highest standards of health and hygiene
• Helping the other kitchen sections after breakfast as well with prep
This is full time Breakfast chef position with a competitive salary. A typical week consists of starting at 7am-1pm working over 5 days per week.
Due to location own transport would be essential but they do offer live in. This is a great role for someone loooking for additional hours or a great work/life balance.
