Summary
We are recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance Driver in Coventry, CV8 on a temporary to permanent basis.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Hours: 12:00 PM – 20:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Duties
• Operate Bendi (flexi) OR Counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload pallets from racking systems in tight aisle spaces.
• Move stock around the warehouse to support dispatch, goods-in, and replenishment.
• Stack and unstack pallets at various heights with care and precision.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report any mechanical issues.
Requirements
• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (Essential)
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
