Field Care Supervisor – Domiciliary Care
30 Hours per Week | From £12.75 per Hour

Our client, an award-winning domiciliary care company, is looking for a dedicated and organised Field Care Supervisor to support the quality and delivery of care across their local services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate professional ready to step into a leadership role that blends office-based responsibilities with hands-on community care.
Working 30 hours per week, this role is ideal for someone who is flexible, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about supporting both service users and frontline care teams.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the health and social care sector.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A calm, proactive approach to supporting both clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to participate in on-call duties and provide occasional hands-on care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medication audits, spot checks, and staff supervisions to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Carry out monthly service user reviews and customer satisfaction visits to maintain high standards of care.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and care regulations.
- Cover care calls when required due to sickness or annual leave, including clinical shifts.
- Take part in a shared on-call rota to support out-of-hours care delivery.
