This role is key to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of rent accounting - supporting communities and customers

What you’ll be doing:
* Ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timely processing of all rent-related data and transactions
* Managing daily and weekly rent validation tasks, including importing payment files and posting rent adjustments
* Assisting with rent change notifications to guarantee accuracy and timely distribution
* Supporting the annual rent setting, budgeting, and rent/service charge review processes
What you’ll need to succeed:
* Proven experience handling transactional accounting processes within a large, complex organisation
* A strong track record of supporting operational services with tangible business benefits
* High levels of IT literacy and a willingness to embrace new technologies and ways of working
Interview Process:
* Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview.
Additional Information:

* 2x Completed references
