Summary

Join our team as the Director of Delivery (Operations) and play a pivotal role in achieving the Trust's strategic goals. As a key member of the Chief Operating Officer’s leadership team, you will focus on implementing service delivery and development plans, directing the Divisional delivery of the plan for 25/26, and fostering a culture of performance management and delivery.
Six month secondment opportunity.
Provide strategic leadership by deputising for the Chief Operating Officer and leading service recovery initiatives. Develop and implement strategies for clinical service improvement, while promoting effective management and business diversification. Collaborate with divisional management teams to establish productive relationships within the health and social care economy.
Focus on enhancing service delivery by leading clinical operational plans, guaranteeing effective care and a positive patient experience. Encourage staff participation and co-production, develop performance management processes, and support service reconfiguration and cost improvement programmes.
Ensure efficient operational management of the Trust by providing robust systems for clinical and other staff management. Foster a culture of performance management, develop internal performance monitoring systems, and ensure the availability of sufficient data for oversight. Support the attainment of key operational targets and oversee the management of corporate functions. Build collaborative relationships with external organisations and act as the Senior Responsible Officer for major projects, including overseeing transition plans and business case development.

• Ensure the Trust delivers on clinical and financial performance targets.
• Foster partnerships and multi-professional care delivery with external stakeholders.
• Act as the Senior Responsible Officer for transformational projects and current developments.
• Deputise for the Chief Operating Officer for agreed projects and lead the recovery of key services.
