Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a position as Assistant Service Manager for Endoscopy, supporting the Senior Service Manager, within the Digestive Disease Care Group.
This position will be a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring service manager who is motivated, forward-thinking and dynamic

You will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of tasks to assist with the provision of great patient centered care. Your operational management and leadership skills will be developed in this role.
You will be supporting the delivery of performance related work centered on Referral to Treatment compliance, cancer pathways and diagnostic services therefore an understanding of clinical delivery of care would be an advantage but not essential. You will have the ability to form effective working relationships and must be a strong team player.
To succeed you must have demonstrable experience of working in a administrative capacity. You should have the ability to cope with a large and varied workload.
No two days will be the same in this interesting role, whilst working under pressure and meeting deadlines; therefore a confident, assertive but yet approachable style is essential.
