Summary
A well established restaurant in Porthcawl is looking to recruit a full time sous chef to its current team.
Your responsibilities will include the preparation and cooking of food using fresh produce such as soups, stocks and sauces including a range of starter choices well as using your creative skills to add new items to our menu.
Work pattern will be a split shift format. Working a lunch service followed by a dinner service, up to 5 days a week. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
