Summary

We are looking for a resourceful individual to join as our Junior Finance Business Partner and provide support across the Finance, Procurement and Risk function. As a team we are developing and improving our service, having recently restructured, making this a great opportunity for staff to be part of this transformation.
You do not need to have experience in Finance although this would be advantageous, but if you can demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to deliver great customer service, are passionate about service improvement and have an eye for detail then we want to hear from you.



Main Duties:
The team are working on the implementation of a new Financial Management System and to support this, the recent restructure looks to move towards a Business Partnering Service and in this vein we are looking for someone to support in:
Providing appropriate support to the Finance team in the preparation of the budget for services.
Provide appropriate support to the Finance team by supporting the budget monitoring process, including but not limited to, utilities, car allowances and Capital. This will include attending monitoring meetings in an observational capacity.
With the support of Senior Finance Business Partner, take individual responsibility for specific monthly recharges and bank reconciliations.
As well as providing ad hoc support across the wider Finance and Procurement functions.
