A welcoming primary school in Stourbridge is looking for a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their committed support team. Whether you’re available straight away or looking for a September start, this full-time role is ideal for gaining valuable experience working closely with pupils who need extra support to thrive.
What’s on Offer:-
Full-time, long-term role (term-time only)

Earn up to £520 per week

Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and sensory processing challenges

Assist with personalised learning plans, working closely with teachers and specialist staff

Support pupils’ communication, emotional regulation, and social development

Collaborate with speech & language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists
What We’re Looking For:-
A graduate (2:1 or above) in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care, or a related subject

A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
-
Excellent communication, patience, and a calm, empathetic approach

Prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, SEN support, or care settings is highly beneficial

Resilience and adaptability when supporting children with complex needs
