Summary

HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our clients busy finance department in Uckfield.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have a proactive attitude that allows you to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
* Managing a busy account inbox
* Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management.
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests promptly.
* Ensuring accurate record keeping
* Accurately handling company expenses
* Send monthly customer statements
* Handle financial queries from clients and internal departments with professionalism.
* Support the finance team with general administrative tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator (Required)
* Accounts payable and receivable experience
* Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
* Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
