Summary
Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading building services company in their search for a Maintenance Electrician to work across multiple sites in Cardiff
For the successful Maintenance Electrician our client is offering:
• Up to £40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
• Mon-Fri 8am to 4:30pm
• Permanent Role
• Company van and tools
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
• £120 stand by allowance
• Pension
The role – Maintenance Electrician:
• Mobile role working in offices, leisure centres, and student accommodations
• Test, service and repair a wide variety of equipment
• PPM and reactive maintenance
• Electrical maintenance on emergency lighting, fire alarms, control systems
• Mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems and plant rooms
• General maintenance such as basic joinery and plumbing work
What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Electrician:
• Previous experience in a mechanical/ electrical maintenance
• Previous experience in FM or building management services
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering - Essential
• Drivers License - Essential
• Previous experience with mechanical/ HVAC maintenance - Essential
