Summary
Annual Salary: £25,810.79 / Hourly Pay rate: £13.20
Shift Patterns:
Full-time (37.5 hours) - 4 shifts one week and 2 shifts the week after
Part-time (21.5 hours) - 2 shifts per week.
This role includes a mix of day and night shifts - Weekend & Bank holiday work included.
Day Shifts - 7:25 am - 7:45 pm / Night shifts - 7:25 pm - 7:45 am

Our Healthcare Division offers a variety of services, including Mental Health, Addictions, Brain Injury and Rehabilitation and Recovery treatment plans.

Responsibilities
Support our residents with in-house activities and hobbies
Providing support to achieve everyday goals
Manage some behaviours that challenge
Assist and support in attending medical appointments
Observe, monitor and record physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff
Provide emotional support to individuals and their families
Support and monitor healthcare needs, including administering medication and temperature checks
Understand communication needs and adapt your communication to each individual
Work with other professionals, such as nurses and therapists, to ensure consistency of support
Analyse an individual’s needs and draw up a focused support plan
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring nature
Empathy, understanding and patience
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
The ability to anticipate and respond to challenges
Competent in verbal and written English
A healthcare qualification is desirable, but not essential
