Summary
Hinge Joint Machine Operator
Based in Wellingborough, NN8
Shift: 6am - 2pm
Monday - Friday
Pay rate: £13.00p/h
Main duties:
- Setting and operating the Hinge machine
- Working to costumer specifications
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools
- Some repetitive lifting
- To work as part of a team, supporting and assisting others, flexible in different areas
Specific skills required:
- Previous experience working within an engineering/manufacturing environment
- Must have previous machine operating experience (setting and operating a machine)
- A keen eye for detail
- Methodical approach to new tasks
- Capacity to follow written and verbal instructions
- Punctual & reliable, flexible approach to covering holidays and other shifts on short notice
- Can use Vernier callipers and micrometre measuring equipment
- Ability to complete administration accurately including use of good numeracy skills
