Are you an experienced and motivated housekeeping professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking dedicated individuals to join our client team in Healthcare Home in North London (N10) for immediate start roles with the potential to go temp to perm.
Position Overview:
Positions Available: Housekeeping Supervisor & Head Housekeeper
Location: North London – N10
Pay rates: Housekeeping Supervisor - £14.60 per hour & Head Housekeeper - £15.80 per hour
Type: Full-time, Term-Perm
Hours: 40 hours per week; regular and consistent schedule
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities (both roles):
• Supervise and support a team of domestic cleaners
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
• Organise schedules and cleaning rotas
• Conduct regular quality checks
• Provide training and support to new staff
• Maintain supplies and manage stock levels
Requirement:
• Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A hands-on approach with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
