Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner who will be: Based at Malpas Brook Health Centre Salary Band 7 Scale - negotiable depending on experience and skills Ideally 25 hours over 3-4 days but a variety of hours and working patterns would be considered Minor Illness and chronic disease Mixture of face-to-face appointments, telephone appointments and administration work Annual Leave 5 weeks plus bank holidays pro-rata
