Equans is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
This is a full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Hard Services Projects team. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, you will provide essential administrative, financial, and operational support to ensure the successful delivery of Lifecycle and Variations projects. This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
What will you deliver?
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project files, ensuring all documentation aligns with ISO accreditation and CDM regulations.
- Generate and manage monthly client invoices, including material and subcontractor costs, in line with finance policies.
- Provide accurate and timely management information to support decision-making processes.
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Oversee the delivery of maintenance and operational manuals, updating asset lists and area data sheets accordingly.
- Assist in the production of annual lifecycle plans and support project review meetings to enhance project management practices.

Who are you?
- GCSEs in English & Maths (grades A-C) or NVQ Level 2 in a relevant subject.
- Previous experience in a similar role within facilities management or project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word). Experience with Coupa, SAP, BI Launchpad, and Maximo is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Full UK driving license required
- Hold either IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS (desirable)
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is advantageous (desirable)
