Summary
Security Supervisor
An exciting opportunity has become available to join G4S as a Security Supervisor, based at a high profile client in Newton Aycliffe.
As a Security Supervisor you will supervise and coordinate daily operations of a 4-person security team to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets. Provide leadership, training, and oversight while maintaining compliance with company policies and security protocols.
The successful candidate will have previous Security Supervisor experience and already hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding License.
The position consists of working Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week
Your Time at Work
- Schedule and assign duties for security officers across shifts.
- Conduct regular patrols and site inspections
- Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment.
- To be able to write in-depth reports on incidents and the day-to-day checks of the site.
- Train new security personnel and provide ongoing coaching
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed,
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
