What We're Looking For

We need a highly competent and motivated individual with:

  • Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer in commercial and industrial settings.
  • Relevant refrigeration qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, and City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas certification.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • An excellent understanding of refrigeration principles and electrical systems.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
  • A commitment to health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Performing routine maintenance and servicing of refrigeration systems.
  • Efficiently diagnosing and rectifying faults.
  • Carrying out installations and commissioning of new refrigeration equipment.
  • Working on various systems, including cold rooms, chillers, and display units.
  • Completing accurate reports and documentation for all works.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.
  • Participating in an on-call rota for emergency breakdowns (details will be discussed).
