Summary
The post holder will lead the research, development, and delivery of excellent digital development opportunities by supporting staff to implement innovative education, and training via digital media including but not exclusive to – e-learning, virtual classrooms, and online forums.
The post holder will work closely with NHSE Technology Enhances Learning Team to support the delivery of TEL workstreams in the Trust. The post holder will ensure sustainable and inclusive teaching of skills, knowledge, and behaviours in this way by leading the development of bespoke digital learning and extended reality technologies.
The post holder will also lead and oversee, in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical leads, systems to collect and monitor education data in line with internal and external guidance. They will be an expert in digital learning platforms and will regularly review ways of working and innovate where required. They have oversight for processes to collect, record and report education data and compliance ensuring that data is kept accurately.
