Summary
KPI Recruiting is on the hunt for Food Production Operatives to join the Dairy Department at our Ciients site based in Nantwich.
Shifts available for a Food production Operative:
• Working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday. 1 week in advance rota.
• 6am - 4pm
Your duties and responsibilities as a Food Production Operative are:
• Carry out heavy lifting tasks (up to 25kg).
• Operate pallets and handle materials as required.
• Work on the plough and cleaning tasks once fully trained.
• Operate scales and other machinery when trained.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation and contribute to overall factory cleanliness.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks, including occasional outdoor work.
The job requirements for the Food Production Operatives are:
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Prior experience in food production is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be comfortable working in hot environments, which can reach up to 40°C.
• Physical work involving lifting and manual handling.
