Summary
Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Order Processing Administrator for our client based in North
Lanarkshire.
Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy and fast-paced environment on an initial temporary basis of 3–6 months, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Initially focused on order processing and administrative support, the role may develop into a Customer Service Administrator position with broader customer relations responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Processing standard purchase orders accurately and efficiently
Sending proforma invoices to customers
Verifying and maintaining the payments list
Providing quotations for price and availability (for orders below £5,000 in volume)
Assisting the wider team with expedite requests and confirming updates to customers
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in a similar order processing or customer service setting
High attention to detail and strong accuracy in data entry
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Able to work independently and manage a varied workload
Immediate availability is highly desirable
Offering
£14.00 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm (flexible start time available)
Immediate start available
Temporary role with the possibility of becoming permanent
