As a Housing Support Worker, you will be working with vulnerable families who may be experiencing homeless and isolation. You’ll be self-motivated, solution focused and a forward thinker, with safeguarding awareness to help make a real difference to our people’s lives.

What you’ll do:
• Create individual support plans and assess risk.
• Provide regular guidance on tenancy and practical tasks as part of their journey towards independence.
• Prepare properties by making sure they’re a safe and clean environment ready for move in.

What you’ll bring:
• A genuine passion for supporting people with housing and other needs.
• Experience of providing housing advice in 1-1 and group work settings.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to distress with empathy.
