Summary
Day concierge to monitor security and provide front of house services to residents during the hours of 7am to 7pm.The role involves maintaining an increased awareness of the building's security - principally by monitoring CCTV and ensuring security protocols are followed.
You will receive parcels and post and secure same. You will engage with residents, visitors and contractors and be aware of maintenance activity taking place in the building.
Good command of English – verbal and written – is required together with a polite and pleasant manner. The successful applicant will understand and be able to de-escalate situations and will be confident and firm without being aggressive or confrontational.
