NEW VACANCY – SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST – LEEDS 1
We are advertising this vacancy as a recruitment business on behalf of our client. We can therefore only accept applications from those with a permanent right to live and work in the UK.
We are pleased to be recruiting for an established client of ours who are a dynamic architectural practice providing quality design and project delivery to a broad range of developments across the country.
• Services cover: Pre planning enquiries, planning advice, planning applications, master planning and urban design, building regulations, conversion design, construction detailing and working drawing packages, listed building design and planning advice, construction and method statements, contract management. • Due to an ever-increasing workload, our client requires a qualified technologist who thrives on project managing as much as REVIT/CAD production. You must have at least 4 years of experience producing packages from RIBA 1 to 4 stages.This is a key post to assist the 2 Directors on commercial, retail and residential projects.
You must be educated to minimum HNC Building Studies, have strong REVIT/AutoCAD abilities along with good technical understanding of current building regulations.
This is a permanent position working with a small, friendly team.
38 hours Monday to Friday.
Based in new offices in central Leeds.
