Summary
We are a well established family run business looking to expand our team with a friendly, enthusiastic hard working individual.
Excellent customer service is at the heart of our business, and you will be expected to deal with customer and Trade accounts and assist in making up orders. Full training will be given.
The successful candidate will work between both our stores in Hillington estate, 5 days out of 7 and between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm.
Role requirements
-pervious sales experience would be helpful
-Excellent customer service skills
-Enjoy working with the public
-Working as part of a team
-General house keeping
-Dealing with our trade accounts
-Assist in making up of customer orders
-Assisting in loading up customer orders
-Stock taking
Responsibilities
-Assist customers in selecting products and provide information on features and -benefits.
-Maintain a clean and organised sales floor to enhance customer experience.
-Answering telephone enquires
-Communicating between both stores
-Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
-Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve store performance.
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
-Assist in making up customer orders
