A UK-based manufacturer of high-precision components, supplying industries across the UK and overseas, is looking to appoint an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll lead a team of five and take ownership of all site electrical maintenance activity.
What's on offer:
£45,000 – £50,000 per annum
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
Pension + Cash Health Care Scheme
In this role, you’ll be:
Supervising a team of 4 Engineers and 1 Apprentice
Providing electrical maintenance across equipment, facilities and plant machinery
Managing and delivering PPM/TPM schedules
Reacting swiftly to breakdowns, diagnosing and resolving issues
Reading electrical/panel drawings and fault finding to component level
Using PLC fault-finding and interrogation (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley)
Overseeing installation and commissioning of new equipment
What we’re looking for:
A time-served Electrical Maintenance Engineer, ideally from a heavy industry or heavy engineering background
An electrical qualification (Level 3 or above)
Strong skills in PLC fault diagnosis and electrical panel work
A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to lead by example
