Summary
Our busy team are seeking a Deal Desk Administrator to join us on a home based contract.
The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working with some autonomy and have excellent project management abilities. What you'll be doing :
• Supports a multi-disciplinary team of Capita and partner stakeholders to deliver high quality administrative support to Growth Strategy, Operations & Enablement functional processes, in line with Capita values, standards, polices and industry best practice.
• Coordinates the assignment of supporting Capita resources, subject matter experts and external contingent support on behalf of the Win Centre team, in accordance with deal requirements. Updating of trackers on Microsoft Project
• Supports in the management of a Preferred Supplier List for contingent Win Centre resources, including onboarding and payment.
• Coordinates Capita's sales governance processes by scheduling all Qualification and deal sign offs on behalf of Win Centre team, including maintenance of an up-to-date list of approvers and attendees for the different stages of governance, ensuring and maintains sales governance data on Salesforce opportunity records.
• Assists with the review and formatting of proposal content as required by Bid Management team.
• Maintains an accurate and electronically secure repository of Capita Procurement portal access including logins and associated email addresses.
• Adheres to company policy in relation to Capita enterprise tools including Salesforce, SAP, Fieldglass and others to ensure accuracy of sales data and support decision making.
What we're looking for :
• Experience in a Bid Co-ordinator role or equivalent would be highly beneficial
• Comfortable working with some autonomy under established procedures, in a high challenge, high complexity environment, with the confidence to ask for help and guidance where needed.
• An understanding of the principles of effective Project Management, and the ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities.
• Can build effective internal and external relationships with colleagues, suppliers and partners that enables effective collaborative working and a positive and productive working environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 including ideally Microsoft Project for general business use.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
• Seeks 360 feedback and personal and professional development.
• Proactively manages own welfare in line with Capita values.
