We offer a benefits package which includes an Employee Assistance Programme (financial guidance, legal enquiries, counselling, support for issues at home and at work); access to Blue Light Card, the UK’s leading discount provider for teachers, emergency services, NHS, social care sector and armed forces; salary sacrifice cycle scheme; interest free financing through BHN Extrasto buy the latest technology through salary deductions, discounted shopping and discounted gift cards and eGifts; access to JCB’s dental scheme (monthly fee); access to the academy’s gym; long service awards (time off and financial rewards) starting at five years; paid time off for birthdays; paid time off for partner’s/child’s significant birthdays. Plus, wherever possible we aim to give our teaching staff the opportunity to work from home during PPA time.
