What skills and experience we're looking for
Your role within Delta Bespoke’s Emotional Learning team (with the support of our Head of Emotional Learning) will be to manage a caseload of students who are currently unable to access a formal full time school placement. You will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing and reporting their engagement and progress, ensuring the placements provided are meeting the educational and emotional needs of the students and are good value for money for our commissioners. You will also be required to work closely with families and education providers to help with successful reintegration back to more formal education.

Area Lead (for Portsmouth/Southampton) – Delta Bespoke
Teacher MPR Grade, full time, term time only.
The role will be based in Portsmouth 4 days a week, Ringwood 1 day per week and will require some travel across Southampton and Portsmouth. A full driving licence with business insurance is therefore essential.
As part of the Delta Education Trust, Delta Bespoke creates and manages bespoke learning packages for young people who are struggling with their current education provision.
