Summary

Gather, analyse and interpret complex information, including both quantitative and qualitative, from a wide range of sources taking account of confidentiality and the limitations of the data used. Link data from multiple sources using SQL Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI Scope and collate dashboard metrics and respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests Use your knowledge of NHS data to recommend approaches and deliver insight and intelligence to customers Work with a broad spectrum of data from a wide range of sources presenting complex and sophisticated information in a meaningful way to increase organisational knowledge and enable evidence-based decisions. Working with senior team members, select and apply the most appropriate analytical technique Maximise the information held within existing datasets Develop excellent relationships and support effective communication between all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external. Support senior team members to scope and structure problems, taking account of the wider business context and differing perspectives of stakeholders Present findings of investigation and analysis and recommendations in a clear and intelligible form as presentations or written reports, suitable for a wide range of lay and professional audiences. Give and assist in presentations to audiences of stakeholder staff to aid the audience with understanding of analysis findings. Participate in relevant meetings, providing information, advice and support where requested. Ensure high quality information presentation is maintained through sharing knowledge, skills and best practice with colleagues Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload appropriately, escalating conflicting priorities.
