Summary
Ensure the service is delivered in a warm and welcoming way, demonstrating ambition and hope for all service users. Carry out the role adhering to Second Steps policies, procedures, values, code of conduct and current legislation using a Recovery orientated, psychologically informed, equalities-based approach. Manage the referrals inbox ensuring new referrals are triaged with in the best practise time frame. Manage and coordinate client allocation to the recovery and wellbeing workers Coproduce, implement and review risk management plans and other self-management tools e.g. Safety Planning
