I guess you're the kind of person that embraces change as opposed to being scared of it.
What will I be responsible for as an Assistant Front of House Manager?
As a Front of House Manager here at voco Leicester, you will be responsible for the following:
- As clichéd as it sounds, you'll constantly want to find innovative ways to put a smile on your guest's face – that's where embracing change comes in! Recognising and remembering our IHG loyalty card members, upgrading one of our regulars who have stayed with us five times in the last month and well, why wouldn't we want to go above and beyond?
- You will live and breathe outstanding service, instilling trust in your reception and nights teams to commit to an outstanding guest experience
- Driving sales opportunities and maximising revenue and occupancy levels
- You will lead and develop your outstanding team with a focus on ensuring their efforts all focus on delivering an enhanced experience
- Keeping up to date with competitor hotels and the local market and seeking new business.

- You will already be an experienced Reception Supervisor/Reception Manager with experience leading and developing a team.
