• Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Employer: Fine Dining Indian Restaurant
• Location: Glasgow
• Gross OTE Salary package: £28,000 - £30,000
• Weekly working hours / days 48 hours / 5 days

Your role covers assisting in a variety of duties and tasks for the smooth and efficient running of front of house operation to standards and objectives of the business including administrative, customer service and other practical tasks commensurate with position. Main function is to implement delivering polished customer experience that befits a prestige upscale restaurant.

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 3 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
• Industrial training in a world-renowned hospitality institute
• Personal alcohol licence
• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
