We are looking for an ambitious and inspirational EYFS Leader who can create a vibrant learning environment that promotes learning and enables children to reach their full potential.



Are you passionate about providing a high quality provision for children starting their education journey?



The successful EYFS Leader will lead our early years’ team to strengthen the quality of provision in this important year group. You will have responsibility for developing teaching and learning across the curriculum and have an understanding of the impact an outstanding foundation setting has on the progress of learning across the whole school.



We are looking for an excellent practitioner who inspires and motivates staff and children alike. Having possession of high quality teaching and learning strategies, you will have the ability to nurture strong and open relationships with staff, children and families to raise aspiration and improve achievement. As our EYFS Leader you will be extremely well supported, working alongside a committed team who all share the same vision of achieving more together.



(Fixed term contract until 21/07/2026)



The ideal EYFS Leader will be someone who is:

* Able to demonstrate in depth knowledge on the EYFS framework

* Passionate about Early Years and teaching young children

* Open-minded, dynamic and able to drive values and ethos for a purposeful and child-led curriculum

* Able to inspire staff through your positivity and commitment to further build on the success of Early Years’ team

* A reflective leader, with a caring and supportive approach

* A great communicator who develops positive relationships with young children, parents and colleagues

* Understands the educational, welfare and social needs of the children whom we are supporting

* Committed to raise the achievement of all children of all abilities

* Able to develop and maintain an imaginative and inclusive learning environment

* Enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team

* Committed to the wider life of the trust
