We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, using appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
Ensure that all surfaces, including upholstery, carpets, windows, and bodywork, are meticulously cleaned and polished.
Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing special attention or repair.
Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good condition, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client inquiries or concerns regarding detailing services.
Drive vehicles as needed for cleaning or repositioning within the facility.
Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
Polishing vehicles using a rotary and DA polisher - Training can be provided
Applying ceramic coatings - Training will be provided if needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly.
Attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
A valid driving licence is required.
