Summary
Port Side Solutions are seeking dedicated and skilled Truck Driver's to join our logistics team based out of Birmingham and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering goods to various locations. Days, Nights is available with ongoing positions.
Duties
Operate lorries in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that may occur during transit.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations while on the road.
Required:
Valid C+E license
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Container Experience
No DD's or DR driving conviction
Valid CPC and Digi Card
Job Description:
50 Hours weekly guaranteed
PAYE Day Rate starting from £17.93
PAYE Night Rate starting from £19.05
Optional Weekend work available
