As part of our team, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Assisting and supportingthe lead midwife in the safe and effective management of the area, including personnel, facilities, and associated systems.
Serving as a role model, presenting a positive image of self, team, and the organization.
Coordinating and delivering carethrough appropriate professional practice, delegation, and supervision.
Ensuring a high standard of midwifery careis delivered based on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, in accordance with local and national standards and evidence-based guidelines.
Setting, monitoring, and maintaining standardsof care to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
⚠️Proactively managing riskand maintaining patient safety in accordance with health, safety, and security legislation and guidelines.
