Summary
Job Overview
Grasmere Gingerbread® are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Experienced Baker or Bakery Assistant to join our team with the main purpose of delighting the customer by delivering the ‘best Gingerbread in the world’ through expert baking skills, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring consistency in our baking processes and procedures.
To be considered for the Experienced Baker role you must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a bakery environment and it is desirable you have a formal qualification in Baking, Patisserie or Confectionery. For the Bakery Assistant role experience is not necessary as full training can be given for the right candidate. More importantly is a positive can-do attitude, an excellent communicator and team player, reliability and commitment.
