Summary

Primary Teacher / ECT – Dudley

Salary: £31,650 – £43,607 | Permanent | September 2025 Start

This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving primary school in Dudley from September 2025 as a Primary Teacher or Early Career Teacher (ECT).

About the Role:

  • Full-time, permanent position starting September 2025


  • Opportunity to teach in EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, based on your experience and interests


  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that inspire and support all learners


  • Foster both academic progress and emotional wellbeing among pupils


  • Collaborate closely with experienced staff and senior leaders to develop your teaching practice


    What We’re Looking For:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs warmly welcomed


    • A 2:1 degree or above in Primary Education or a related subject


    • Solid understanding of the primary curriculum and the ability to adapt it for a range of learners


    • Strong classroom management and clear communication skills


    • A proactive, positive mindset and a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences
