Summary
William Haley Engineering Ltd is one of the most advanced steelwork manufacturers in Great Britain – a specialist in the provision of steel frames for buildings.
We are looking for a proactive, engaging and experienced Accounts or Administration Assistant to work across the purchase ledger, accurately co-ordinating invoices and costs whilst also aiding the day-today functioning of the office and supporting the manufacturing and construction teams.
We are a privately-owned business with multiple departments and multiple teams, large enough for the successful candidate to embrace a varied workload, but small enough to understand how the whole company functions in time.
To be considered, you must possess:
• GCSE Maths (minimum grade B or 6).
• Two years’ experience in a closely comparable role dealing with finances/account or administration.
• MS Word and Excel skills.
• A head for figures, accuracy and attention to detail.
• A demonstrable aptitude for analysis.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to continue to learn.
Prospects and potential for growth are strong.
Salary: £26-33,000 per annum + company bonus and life assurance.
Location: Highbridge, Somerset.
