Summary

Grade 4, Salary £25,584 up to £28,624 per annum pro rata plus standby payments
37 hours per week on a permanent contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager to join our team.

On site Scheme Managers are based at each of our 11 sheltered housing schemes located across the borough. The role is responsible for day to day management of the building including health and safety and fire safety checks. You will also support residents to maintain their independence and reduce social isolation through a range of services which include welfare checks, support assessment/planning and by facilitating a programme of social activities within the scheme.

The successful applicant should be computer literate and be able to work well with minimal supervision. You should also hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle. You will be required to be part of a standby rota responding to out of hours calls visiting various sheltered and supported housing sites and residents’ homes in the evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
